The Aon cut-e shapes personality questionnaires measure the alignment between a candidate's competencies and those required for a position. These questionnaires assess a candidate's or employee's personality through their behavioral preferences. There are six versions of this questionnaire, designed to meet employers' needs as accurately as possible.
