Talogy Caliper Profile
Talogy's Caliper assessment, formerly known as the Caliper Profile, is a scientific instrument that provides an in-depth personality assessment with the primary purpose of job matching. The test has been validated by nearly half a century of research and measures over 25 personality traits related to job performance. The average length of the test is between 60 and 75 minutes, although there is no time limit. Scientifically validated, this test is often used by companies in the recruitment process.
The Different Personalities (Types or Traits)
Caliper's traits by Talogy are grouped into four competency categories, which are representative of Caliper's personality analysis methodology. These four categories are:
- Leadership/Persuasion
- Problem Solving/Decision Making
- Interpersonal/Counseling
- Personal Organization/Time Management
Within each category are several behavioral traits:
