Aon gapChallenge: Deductive-logical Reasoning
The Aon gapChallenge (previously known as cut-e scales lst) test is a deductive logic test that measures a candidate’s ability to identify and apply rules based on grids containing shapes. The test lasts 6 minutes and includes 10 exercises, giving approximately 36 seconds per question.
Introducing the test
In this Aon test, inductive-logical exercises contain a grid with different shapes within it. Each shape appears only once per row and per column. One of the cells in the grid contains a question mark. Your task is to analyze the grid in order to identify the shape behind the question mark.

Presentation of the Test
In the Aon (cut-e) deductive logical thinking test (scales lst), each exercise presents a grid filled with different shapes. Each shape appears only once per row and once per column. One cell in the grid contains a question mark (?), representing the missing shape.
Your task is to analyze the grid and determine the rule that governs the arrangement of shapes in order to identify which shape should replace the question mark. Depending on the difficulty, the grids may contain four or five rows and columns.
The exercises are adaptive: if you answer the simpler ones correctly, the following questions become more challenging. For each grid, you are offered four or five possible shapes, and you must select the one that correctly completes the grid.
The official test lasts 6 minutes and includes 10 exercises, giving you about 36 seconds per grid. You are free to navigate back and forth between the different exercises at any point during the test.
